Coach Jeff MacMinn has really made a name for himself in the RVA Softball world by coaching successful teams who are known not only for winning tournaments but also for having one of the strongest team bonds in the RVA.

 

As a 10U coach, he spawned an entire movement on social media and on the sidelines at many fields called #notjustateam. 

 

Furthermore, he has kept a core group of girls together longer than most coaches in the softball world due to the way he connects with his team and brings out the very best in every player he coaches.

In addition to softball, Coach MacMinn successfully coached Semi-Pro Football for many years prior to switching over to softball.

 

If you ask anyone in the RVA sports world about Jeff MacMinn...they will likely know exactly who Coach Jeff MacMinn is no matter what sport they play.
